These relate to all courses and sessions booked with
Charis NLP.
Investment
Please see the course list for further details of our
fee structure.
Deposits
A deposit is payable on each course booked. See the course
list for details. The deposit secures your place, and
is non-refundable. When we receive your deposit, you will
be sent the course manual and text book.
Payment
We must have received payment in full as cleared funds
prior to the commencement of the training. Failure to
do us will result in the delegate being denied access
to the training course booked.
Cancellation
If for any reason you have to cancel an agreed booking,
you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. |
Although your deposit is
non-refundable, if it is feasible, we will be willing
to transfer your booking to another course, as an alternative
to cancellation. We may at our discretion impose a 5%
admin fee for transfers.
We reserve the right to change the advertised trainer for
any course, and to make minor changes to advertised venues.
In the very unlikely event of us having to cancel a course,
we will offer you a transfer to another course at no cost,
or if you prefer, a refund of any fees already paid, including
your deposit. We are not responsible for any other costs
incurred, such as accommodation or travel.
After the course has started, no refund will be offered in
the event of non-attendance.
Privacy Policy
Please note we do not store financial information about you.
Credit and debit card information is immediately entered
into a secure credit card terminal, and thereafter we have
no access to it.
Refund policy
Deposits are only refundable within 10 days of payment,
on the condition that all course material is returned in
an "as new" condition. Students are liable for
the return postage. Please inform us of your intention to
cancel in writing within 10 days, using the form on our website,
or by writing to the address here,
and ensure that your course materials are returned immediately
thereafter. We suggest you use a secure postal service for
this. After 10 days your deposit becomes non-refundable.
Your final balance should be paid in full within 7 days of
the start date of the course, and the final balance is non-refundable
within 7 days of the start date, although we may at our discretion
offer you a transfer to another course. We may make a 5%
admin charge for this transfer. In the very unlikely event
that we need to cancel a course, you will of course receive
a full refund of your deposit and balance. We reserve the
right to make minor changes to the venue and trainers.
Delegate’s responsibilities
All delegates will be asked to sign a form confirming
that they are psychologically and physically fit to participate
in the training, that they do so of their own free will,
and that Charis NLP, their agents, employees, associates,
and other course participants shall have no liability
for any portion of the training in which the delegate
voluntarily participates.
All delegates will be asked
to sign a form confirming that they are willing to abide
by the standards and code of ethics of the accrediting
bodies.
If a delegate violates these ethics, continually fails
to respond to feedback, or grossly disrupts the training,
then Charis NLP reserves
the right to ask them to leave the training.
In this case, no refunds will be offered.
Please note that your fee is for training, and does
not guarantee certification. However, we are committed
to helping you achieve your goals, and will do everything
we can to support you, including inviting you for reassessment
at no further charge.
